Enjoying its own peaceful and private garden often visited by wild deer and adjoining countryside with views across the Derwent Valley this attractively and very comfortably furnished detached house stands in the village of Darley Bridge just 100 yards from the village pubs and 200 yards from the river where fishing can be enjoyed. Avoca offers an excellent base for exploring this beautiful area. The steam railway 'Peak Rail' is just a ½ mile away Matlock and Bakewell Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall are all within 3 miles. Alton Towers and the National Tramway Museum are within easy reach. Shops and restaurants about 1 mile.
