This stunning property has been carefully designed to maximise its light spacious and modern open plan living area. Furnished and finished to an exceptional standard even to a hand crafted walnut kitchen it enjoys a peaceful location near the Angus Glens and lovely walks from the door. Set with its own garden near a bubbling stream and next to the owners' home it lies just 3 miles from Brechin where visitors will find shops pubs restaurants and a historic cathedral as well as a swimming pool tennis and riding nearby. Within easy reach are Glamis Castle the House of Dun (NTS) and the sandy beach at Lunan Bay and the Montrose Basin Nature Reserve (10 miles).
